Some years leave their mark.

Only five weeks ago, we officially launched The House. The response from this community was immediate and deeply meaningful. The notes, conversations, referrals, and introductions reminded us why we built this in the first place. Not just to represent homes, but to support the people who live in them.

We’re carrying that momentum into 2026 with clarity and intention.

This spring, we will bring ten thoughtfully prepared homes to market across Marin. Each one reflects our belief that real estate should feel personal, considered, and rooted in place. At The House, our work is about more than transactions. It’s about raising the standard for how buyers, sellers, and homeowners feel supported, connected, and truly at home.

The Work Behind the Year

In 2025, the four of us guided clients through 66 homes, representing $166M in Marin real estate. Behind those numbers are relationships built on trust and a process shaped by true pride.

Through our network of colleagues and long-standing connections, we uncovered 16 homes off market. We redesigned 12 properties, helping sellers elevate their sales and helping buyers step into spaces that reflect how they want to live. Every choice, from layout to finish to timing, was made with intention.

These were not just sales. They were families settling in, new chapters beginning, and familiar streets becoming home.

A New Door Opens

And then, as timing would have it, another milestone. Today, we received the keys to The House in Mill Valley.

This spring, we will open our doors and welcome you inside. A space designed to feel warm, grounded, and unmistakably The House. A place for conversation, collaboration, and community. We’ll be sharing moments from the build as it comes together and look forward to welcoming you in soon. Drinks will be on The House.

We are heading into 2026 with Year of the Horse energy. Steady, strong, and forward moving. Focused on thoughtful growth and work that feels grounded and enduring.
