Through our Concierge Program, the cost of preparing your home is funded now and repaid from your proceeds at closing. No interest, no fees, and no dipping into savings to get your home ready for its debut.

Concierge support can be used for most cosmetic improvements, including:

Lighting, hardware, and other product upgrades
Flooring
Landscaping
Light remodeling
Professional cleaning & organizing

Most loans are approved and funded within 7-10 business days
Loan amounts from $10,000-$100,000
Loans are for cosmetic improvements only (not structural changes)
Maximum term of 270 days

How it Works

We find the updates that matter. We walk your home as a buyer would and recommend the improvements most likely to move your price and your timeline, along with what isn't worth the spend.

You approve the plan. Once we're working together, we gather bids and present a clear scope, cost, and timeline. You decide what moves forward.

The funds arrive. Approved estimates go to Concierge, and funds are deposited into your account so you can pay vendors directly.

We manage the work. Our team oversees every vendor and keeps you posted, so your home is ready for a confident launch.

You repay at closing. The Concierge funds are repaid through escrow when your home sells. Nothing comes out of pocket along the way.

The goal: a stronger sale, cash flow that stays intact, and a process that feels supported and organized from start to finish.
